Asia Top Music is an independent online publication dedicated to elevating Asian pop, rock, heavy music, and underground scenes. Founded in 2026, we exist to champion authentic, boundary-pushing music from across the continent — The platform features dedicated Music Hubs for Hong Kong, Japan, and Taiwan, reflecting its close music cultural connections with the vibrant rock and heavy music communities.
The Asia Top Music Editorial Board consists of country among Japan, Hongkong, Taiwan. seasoned music journalists, critics, and industry insiders with over 75 combined years of experience covering Asian independent music, pop, and rock scenes. We have reported on-site from major festivals including Clockenflap, Fuji Rock, SXSW, EMERGE Festival, and other key events across the region. Our team has contributed to international publications and maintains direct relationships with artists, promoters, and organizers throughout Asia, including JOOX and more.
We are fully independent and not affiliated with any record label, streaming platform, or corporate entity. Our mission is simple: to champion artistic excellence, cultural fusion, and the raw energy of Asian music — from underground rock and metal to the biggest pop stages — with honesty, depth, and passion.
